Where did the weekend go?
It seems to have vanished from right under my nose. One minute I was feeding the ducks some bread down by the river, then BAM. Weekend gone. No explanation behind it. Maybe the ducks ate it?
I always feel like I’m writing a private journal or something when I blog, like no one is actually going to read it (besides the occasional stalker fan-girl), but then other lovely AK members like Mari-Chan post a comment, and I realize that as a moderator/active member of this site, people are actually going to listen when I talk. That’s just weird. =P
AK is growing exponentially, and I actually have time to spend on it this time! School is much more relaxed this year, and I’m not freaking out all the freaking time.
On a more anime related note, I finished Ouran HSHC. I am satisfied with the series, but feel that they changed the original type of content too much. At the start, it is actually about the host club, Haruhi’s debt for breaking a vase is frequently referenced, and all of the guys were still charming the ladies every day. Eventually it trails off into every minor character’s background, and although that is nice, it lacks the romantic scenes. I am definitely a fan of the romance.
Also, who besides me is TOTALLY psyched to see Sasuke and Itachi fight? Despite reading the manga, I have been looking forward to this fight for quite some time, and I hope it proves to be as epic as I hope it to be. My only concern: If they constantly switch back and forth between one scene and another, it kind of ruins the intensity of the battle. I really hope Naruto can just keep quiet for a while and we will get a few episodes of solid battle.

Yes, the weekend ran away just like it usually does. I hate mondays. They’re so terrible. XD
And I can’t wait to watch the Uchiha brothers fighting! But I’m almost sure I’ll cry at the end of the battle… Oh! Their fate is so cruel! :’(
Anyway… I haven’t watched OHSHC YET! but I want to, someday!
